These terms apply when you buy or use the AI Marketing Workflow Kit from Noemics AI. By purchasing, you agree to them.
The kit is a set of downloadable digital resources: documented workflows, prompt and input templates, quality-control checklists, and a quick-start guide. It is not software, a hosted service, or an AI tool, and it does not include access to any third-party AI platform.
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own marketing work and for your clients' work. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publish the kit or its files, in whole or in part.
Results depend on the AI tool you use, your inputs, and your review. AI output can be inaccurate or generic. You are responsible for fact-checking, editing, and complying with applicable laws and platform rules before publishing anything.
We do not guarantee sales, traffic, rankings, revenue, or any specific result.
Third-party AI tools have their own terms, pricing, and capabilities, which may change. Noemics AI is not responsible for them.
To the extent permitted by law, the kit is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Payments are processed securely by Whop. Prices are in USD and applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

This website does not ask you to create an account or fill in forms. When you buy, checkout is handled by Whop, which collects the details needed to process your payment and deliver your purchase (such as your email address and payment details). We do not see or store your full payment details.
The site is hosted on Whop, which may collect basic usage data such as page views.
We use purchase and contact information only to deliver the product, provide support, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Whop processes payments and hosts delivery. Its handling of your data is covered by Whop's own privacy policy.
To ask about, correct, or delete information you have shared with us, email support@noemics.store.
Because the kit is delivered digitally and can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally final once the files have been accessed or downloaded.
If the files do not open, are missing, or are materially different from what this page describes, email support@noemics.store within 7 days of purchase. We will fix the problem or, if we cannot, refund your payment.
If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us within 7 days and we will refund the duplicate.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Whop. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank so we can resolve it quickly.
No update schedule is promised. If we release an updated version of the kit, we may make it available to existing buyers at no extra charge through Whop, but this is not guaranteed.
